We thought we vanquished fascism at the end

of World War II—but we were wrong.


To defeat the new crop of U.S. fascists, white supremacists, and religious theocrats, we have come to accept that we will have to make sacrifices, up to, and including, the potential for physical harm...and death.


To help us find our courage—and screw it to the sticking place—we are looking to the heroes, like Sophie Scholl, her brother Hans, and their friends Christoph Probst, Alexander Schmorell, Willi Graf, and Kurt Huber, who bravely faced these choices in the past.

We will not allow fascism and brutality to go unanswered.


We know who the leaders and decision-makers are:

  • Donald Trump.
  • Every member of his administration.
  • The six members of the U.S. Supreme Court who have rubber stamped his efforts to overthrow our democracy.
  • Every member of Congress who has refused to do anything to stop him.
  • Every billionaire and corporation that has backed him financially.


But we don't forget the enforcers: the "law enforcement" officers who break the law and violate the U.S. Constitution with impunity. Those for whom cruelty is the point.
